Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Written Days.
Written Days is owned and operated by Emmanuel Ossai, under Building
Sidequests (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Written Days, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do
not use the app.
Your Content
Written Days is a personal journaling application that allows users to:
- Create journal entries
- Attach photos
- Record emotions or moods
- Use voice transcription
- Organize personal reflections
Your Content
You retain full ownership of everything you create within Written
Days, including journal entries, photos, and voice transcriptions.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store within
the app.
Local Storage
Journal content is stored locally on your device.
Because we do not store your journal content on our servers, you are
responsible for maintaining access to your device and creating backups
where available.
We are not responsible for loss of journal data caused by:
- Device failure
- Accidental deletion
- Device replacement
- Loss or theft of your device
- Software or operating system issues beyond our control
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the app.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the application except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the app in any manner that infringes upon the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The Written Days application, including its design, branding, graphics,
software, and other intellectual property, is owned by Emmanuel Ossai
under Building Sidequests and is protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the application itself.
Disclaimer
Written Days is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emmanuel Ossai, Building
Sidequests, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from
your use of Written Days.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use
of Written Days after changes become effective constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be
handled in accordance with the jurisdiction in which the operator
resides, unless otherwise required by law.

Sometimes it's an app. Other times it's music, motion, design,
writing, a trip, a business idea, or something I made just for
the plot. Sometimes it's useful. Sometimes it's weird.
Sometimes it's simply because I can.
